Author's note from Nov 09: Hi David. I had been a very unhealthy pure fruitarian for twenty years--without fat-- and lost my immune system and teeth from the experience. Then I swerved to the other pole with a high-fat dairy and fruit diet. My health improved tremendously but skin still aged while suffering with digestive heartburn problems. Then I found CACAO and the other high-fat mineral dense superfoods. For six months, smoothies-only:  After four months of radical remineralization, I had a stomach ache, nausea and heartburn that would not quit. I stopped the superfoods and got sick at the thought of them. I went back to my normal diet of FFF and became healthy overnight. THEN, I added the superfoods and cacao back in and my health became TRULY superior, perhaps for the first time in my life. I dropped the mask in public (from MCS, multiple chemical sensitivities, likely from the fruitarian days) and could go in cars without feeling nauseated.
