Eat as much cheese as you want but not on a starchy diet--then you'll get fat.  I now pronounce you must eat like a cat--that means fat-burning saturated fat!

Recently I decided to go on a meal replacement plan--low carb shakes.  When I got the product I found it had no sugar but it also had no saturated fat--not one atom, and   I was famished on this "lowcarb plan".  I'd been removed from what kept me thin--saturated fat like melted cheese ("doughless pizza") and omelets.  When I added these fats a couple times a weak, the SUPERSHAKES worked perfectly--but not without the fat.

Stop mimicking empty phrases and learn the truth about what is delicious and SUPERIOR  to man, dog and cat:

SATURATED ANIMAL FAT

The Problem is Starch and Sugar

FRUCTOSE IS GREAT

but unless you want to look boxy or round, avoid all complex carbs like bread, tortillas, rice or pasta.  Just eat a little  fruit, perhaps with sour cream and enjoy all fauna (animal protein and fat--DAIRY), non-sweet fruits (squash, tomatoes, bells, avocado) and leaves. ATTENTION: You must also avoid all SOY PRODUCTS, which are in 60% of  all foods, for they will make you fat.

 I have read everything Atkins ever wrote--and he was DOWN ON LOW-FAT, and very much up on  HIGH-FAT.   The low-fat regimen was just the naive public's misinterpretation of Atkins.  Those who saw the miracle of fat (to fight fat) were immediately opposed by this cultural wall of "fat-phobia".

In the minds of the naive public, "fat" cues  a knee-jerk reaction of thinking fat making you  "fat".  This is so wrong, as just the opposite is the case--it's all based on hormones not obvious logic.  As all scientific discoverers knew, all popular opinion is wrong!    

 But because it's not obvious to the throng, so-called "Atkins Dieters" fill their carts with low-fat meats and cheeses, deprive themselves of delicious butter or boring yolk-free omelets.  I'm here to set you straight about fat, so you can THIN DOWN SINGING A SONG:  no more hunger  all day and night long! 

My husband Brother Graham has de-aged and become extremely handsome from the FFF regimen and lost forty pounds in five months. But when he again tried some bread or tortilla he "lost the shine" and gained rapidly.  I know depression leads you to crave starchy carbs, but if you want to  look good, don't eat them!
