Sun-moon-stars! Few are clear enough to enjoy the pleasures of the higher senses, since man is fogged by sin and distractions. But there is a way: In the pulls of gravity in an Einsteinian Universe, like attracts like-- and fasting acts as a magnet for mass attractions to the True Self.
As part of nature the Creative Act evolves through cycles which cannot be rushed. But for those with the courage to work and patience to wait, the entire Creative Act together with the reward itself will fall together in a fabric. It's the FAST (on people, habits and food) which provides this link to success.

I've always related to the persecuted because I'm aware of the nazi-like contagion of madness in group thought. Any scapegoat feels sided against and it's scary: Until they eliminate crutches so God can control their destiny, they remain a target. Regarding the diet, it was my apparent destiny to have a disease I had to invent a way out of so others bound to compulsion could escape the same way: dietary fat, rejecting the rat and all bad habits-- just like that--karen kellock
Great stress dries the skin and bones. Released obstruction and the high-fat diet moistens the skin. It’s not water we need, but fat and freedom from the rat.

ABSTRACT OF HOW TO MAKE GOLD
A: ENERGY: BLOCKED OR CLEAR? This determines your degree of misery vs joy. You must be clear to be happy and if blocked in that poor relationship with human, substance or food, life becomes a feud. We must be impeccable warriors, because life is a WAR. Between good and bad, glad or sad. If your man is looking around, yourself-esteem and life becomes unsound—it’s a way of being bound. What you want is an humane system and most times that means nature all around, and inside. Go to the inner realm, that’s where your genius lies. Your problem is being locked in to lies rather then joyfully multi-adapting to life, all sides. This is going from clutter to clarity, the unique seed symbol at birth, your divine peculiarities, bonafide! As you get deeper and older, you actually get younger!
B. BLOCKED ENERGY. This is the sad part that gets us from the start. Our addiction to substance and people goes in cycles of up and down (genius to clown). It’s like we’re tied to a machine that keeps kicking us: people who recurrently kill us with their cruel words. At this point we become exhausted from misjudgment and that is our neuroses. Free of these cycles, it is joy and singing. What keeps us hooked? The microscopic social dance, a mean prance. It’s social hypnotism or “social hebephrenia”, also known as THE HERD, where you’re not preferred. I’ll bet you never knew this occurred; but what you thought was reality was all just a delusional, negotiated social dance. Then there is your mal-adaptation to fear (of ostracism from the pack) and that leads to sin (a device to deal with constant persecution for true selfhood) and being a sad sack (depression you medicate with food and substances in fact). Now we see the cure: unpeel the culture that thinks it’s superior, and you find a giant-in-memory. That’s the inner introject that has eclipsed your uniqueness. That’s the man who never saw your superiority but just condescended as if you needed him and not he you. You unpeel back to your root, that’s where you’re cute. By him you were duped!
C. CLEAR ENERGY After a little while you’ll have a psychic opening into clarity. You see it all, your wonderful rarity. You love being alone, it’s how you’ve grown. Soon others will see it, mass attractions to you and you alone—free of that fake clone, the ass usurping your throne. Now you go into right-brain living: a beautiful, blissful, wise old crone, and I mean that in a superior sense, full-blown! You’ll be participating in all of nature, it’s cycles and seasons and not for false human reasons. For a path of the heart is superior, you finally found it came from your interior, for human motives are ulterior. You’ve hit bottom on self’s feeble tries to overcome the other’s lies. But God did despise all those guys. So now you see all genius is CO-creator-intelligence, the magic moment and hyper-synchronicity. It’s your OWN new city. Let go of the eye-roving man and the dirty liberal old bitty. Making gold is just energy transformation, so adjust your view and look ahead—‘cuz you’re witty and so pretty~

System Inversion and Breakthrough

Seeing the system brings breakthrough--system inversion puts you on top, no longer the wet mop. As the system recalibrates the brain is re-configured and with this giant change there is a release of affairs—like ocean going through the veins. Simultaneously we finally feel communitas—a spiritual community in equal excitement. The Superior Man is built to lead mankind, not be a victim of it. For when the inferior man rules, the people mourn. To achieve breakthrough, you must release obstructions: people, habits and food.
Opposite to communitas is the contagion of madness—the herd mentality. It is hell adapting to inferiors, who will worm their way in to oppress the spirit. Since the inferior man is hypnotized by the world, he tolerates depravity. But the champion aspires to the heights of his potential by banishing sins--and wins. So say good-bye to all systems and cycles holding you down. Even if they live right next door, just come into your own reality and ignore them. That’s the essence of home life—self-containment, self-contentment.
As you transcend old systems, you must face your part in them. Laughter is a healthy reaction since there is no past, and it always seems more serious than it is. It's purely our choice whether to see it in a good or bad light.
It's a perfectly ordered universe: Everything "fits" as like-attracts-like in the pulls of gravity. As we grow and our vision widens, the freed energy runs clear and we see new opportunities for growth.
Extreme shock alters one's reality as we become hyper-vigilant: In constant search of dangerous cues we swing into the same old emergency patterns creating them.
All eyes go to the superior man, for he is bright with energy: quick, wise and witty. Being clear, he has animal magnetism. The True Leader seeks no one’s approval for he has True Dignity and the power therein.
The release of blocked energy opens perception as the past crystallizes and a new world opens. This transformation of energy turns gross matter into gold in the ancient science of alchemy (also known as conversion from sin).
Freedom from constraints brings irresistible force. As impeccable warriors we are now open to the universe as our work comes out to the world.
The problem all begins when we’re told how to think, feel and act. When faced with a fearfully illogical environment we mal-adapt by denying our instincts and acting by rote.
The switch between the two systems changes looks, heart and intelligence. The more powerful the personality the more demonic the flip-flop, and thus the best saints were the worst sinners.
Ecstasy is normal, so it's not a matter of how we get it--like a technique or a recipe--but rather dissolving what keeps us from it for it's the most natural thing to have: elimination is the key.
Clear, we become fascinated like children: open to new impulses, acting with instinctive certainty and promptly releasing the old for the new. The clear man is an ageless child--a unique spirit vibrating everywhere with nature.
The goal of all spiritual teachings is to find the True Self--the divine blueprint design at birth. It soars in it's own stream, in it's own steam pressure. It conforms to no one yet is hardest to attain.
The child is the sign of superior powers and greatest proof that less is more (0+0=2) or that most creative energy comes in least mass. This is the clarity of the saint-genius: simple and silent, as the child is invincible.
Cosmic man is of the whole world--truly cultured not herd-cultured. Having transcended the limitations of his origins he is as clear as the sky yet totally unique.
When released from obstruction we sing, we dance, we soar. This is a call for a new matrix based on Einstein with this energy formula: all success attraction, all disease obstruction, all recovery elimination.
It’s all just energy at different rates of speed. If man stays open (clear) he remains alert, inventive and healthy. If closed (dense) he becomes slow, weak and senseless (spiritual stupor). Lost fascination shows denseness.
Like pain and the news, memory depends on what else is going on. Dense energy has made one self-conscious, thinking others remember his mistakes as intensely as he does.
The spirit is choked by maps, details and deadlines. While mediocrity brings confirmation, creativity brings massive opposition in a world heavy with facts and plans.
When faced with massive contradiction, it is hard to believe that we are right and all the others are wrong. As Einstein quipped "A thought that sometimes makes me hazy: am I, or are the others crazy?"
When whole we gain the instinctive certainty of children and animals (who are frightened by the mixed-up vibrations of neurotic adults). Now we just act naturally and all goes well, for our true instincts brings sublime success.
Traumatized, one becomes split: two people in one. Obstruction creates constant flip-flops between the two separate nervous systems--being open (love turning to joy) or closed (fear turning to hate).
Unable to be himself, man seeks to belong instead. Belonging styles become neurotic as polite conformity masks vicious mood changes and other mixed signals of the false social self: social hebephrenia is neurosis.
To unfold to the heights is to unpeel culture: the race hypnotic of guilt and shame for being unique. This is memory--sealed in the body with fear.
It is not love vs. hate but love vs. fear which are opposites. Through fear we close down as we force-the-fit, and this is “hate”. Through love we open up as we expand, and this is “joy”.
False religion forces-the-fit through fear and stern rigidity. Social consciousness replaces personal conscience: As the unique or “intolerant” is seen as inferior or immoral, one seeks to maintain a "nice" image instead.
While the clear see the world as their arena to enjoy, the dense see it as a prison to avoid. Through tunnel-vision they feel increasingly more isolated in an hostile environment.
These are the two sides of the Kingly Caricature: Clear, he's a gifted manipulator capable of gaining power in any situation. Dense, he involves others in scandal, vice and evil.
The conformist is two people in one: a hypocrite. Jesus confronted the Pharisees angrily as they judged others harshly but still acted badly themselves. The false church is harsh, sharp, pressing and mean.
Kingly Caricatures: Clear, he's practical and down-to-earth, a deep thinker along lines which interest him. Dense, he's weak, dull, servile, impervious to beauty and easily bought.
When Humpty Dumpy stays in the present he remains whole and happy. But when he goes into the past he splits into a million pieces for it is the nature of memory to reverse with our moods.
At one point we feel a painful conflict of the nigredo stage of making gold: "no one's as bad (depraved) as me." Everyone has this experience as memory evokes the shadow--but then begins the new life.
"Sophistication" is often just the refinement of neurosis: trust in the written word: black-and-white details, facts and plans. You're as neurotic as the detail you're in.
Energy is expressed or blocked. It either surges up and flows outward through self-expression, or if blocked traumatizes and sluggishly pulls down, splitting the body from the mind and the soul from the universe.
Becoming unique is a period of separating out elements--the false from the true instincts--and re-uniting what has been separated. After this sorting period: order and bliss.
The herd has it’s own definitions of beauty as it sees images, always. If something is said to be "beautiful" then it must be so. Only the clear see the truth in beauty, or beauty as the only truth: sensing the whole through excited tissues.
The most famous people were shameful failures in their early lives. They were hypnotized by a sick system keeping them down, until they broke out and shot up to world success (no more the clown).

There is no problem that cannot be solved by rising to a higher level of awareness. As our vision widens we feel unity with ourselves and others: In peace we gain tremendous power, and this is Gold.
To make gold we melt opposites in the nervous system. It is your emotional reaction to the following concepts which is the spiritual link to awareness—energy, light, wisdom and joy.
Through explosions of awareness the new theory becomes part of the tissues and a new world is created hypnotically.

Science was born out of the awe men felt for their universe and their place in it. Einstein's finding that it's all just energy opens up whole new horizons: the spirit world. In an Einsteinian Universe, if clear we attract all as our talents and true genius are released. But if dense and closed we drop off and fall down--an overnight success becomes a shameful failure. What obstructs (better stay clear): people, habit and food. It sounds simple but clarity is a rare achievement of the Superior Man. A Superior Man is evolving and he's as clear as the sky.

HOW TO READ
Open this book anywhere to resolve your state of perplexity. Ponder a segment (the archetypes and implications of each) or read in sequence as the spirit moves you. Synchronistically, chance favors a willing mind.
PROBLEM AND SOLUTION
The herd is working to break your mind, tame your goals and shoot you down. You know it as indicated by flip-flops, nonverbal slights and rebuffs, whisperings, harsh words and evident gossip.
Work (inspiration) stops and you fall back into your past: Your mind is now tracked into old fear, guilt and low self-esteem templates created by old systems keeping you down. Stop, yoke to God and relax. Allow time to ponder the situation by opening up to nature and divine reality.
In one sweeping revelation you see: There are always an infinite number of problems but only one solution: repentance. Though we may slip we intend to do right and God reads the heart. Having released the old burdens of dead habit, self-esteem alights and you snap back to center: happy, healthy and holy.
